The new software PAULA by Otto Bock is an abbreviation for Prosthetist’s Assistant for Upper Limb Architecture. This software assists certified prosthetists during planning, designing and manufacturing of upper extremities prostheses. It can be used for both myoelectric and body-powered prostheses for all levels of amputation as well as for cosmetic or passive fittings. PAULA is a powerful tool for selecting the right components and delivering superb fit.


SensorHand Speed

With a dizzying 300 mm per second opening/closing speed, (over twice as fast as before) and enhanced EMG signal processing, the new “SensorHand™ Speed” has unmatched performance. In addition, the unique AutoGrasp feature stops objects being held from slipping by monitoring and changing the grip force as needed.


Dynamic Arm

A new generation of elbow joints has arrived with flexion controlled by an electric motor in combination with a unique vario drive. The DynamicArm® 12K100 allows for quick, exact positioning of the hand with little energy expenditure and incorporates an innovative, high-performance drive with stepless gears that can lift loads up to 6 kg.


Wrist Rotator

The 10S17 Electric Wrist Rotator and the 13E205 MyoRotronic provide the electrical rotation of the Otto Bock System Electric Hand or Greifer. The MyoRotronic can be operated in combination with all Otto Bock System Electric Hands and System Electric Greifers that are equipped with Quick Disconnect Wrist. In operation every switchover between System Electric Hand or System Electric Greifer and Electric Wrist Rotator is indicated by brief vibration of the Electric Wrist Rotator

Lower Extremities



This state-of-the-art microprocessor-controlled knee joint utilizes a complex sensory system and sophisticated rule sets to mimic natural gait more closely than any other prosthetic knee. With multiple environmental inputs (including a gyroscope and an accelerometer), the Genium delivers unmatched functionality, including special features to help step over obstacles and ascend stairs. The Genium builds on the knowledge gained from our experience with tens of thousands of C-Leg® wearers and decades of development. The unique Genium technology is not a next-generation C-Leg, but is a sophisticated new technology platform built to gather exponentially greater microprocessor inputs that result in very precise responses




The C-Leg microprocessor-controlled prosthetic knee started a revolution for aboveâ�'knee amputees. The Helix3D Hip Joint System is suitable for hip disarticulation and hemipelvectomy patients. It offers patients maximum security and function for a wide range of everyday activities. Recommended according to the Otto Bock MOBIS Mobility System for patients with Mobility Grades 2 and 3* (restricted outdoor walkers, unrestricted outdoor walkers). Maximum weight: 220 lbs/100 kg.




Remarkable improvements in the rotary hydraulic system offer better comfort and safety to a wider range of wearers. Improved handling adds even more function to a knee you’ve trusted for a decade. The 3R80 offers you 4 adjustment options for stance and swing phase control. As usual, the flexion and extension resistance can be adjusted easily and independently. Fine stance phase damping adjustments and changes in response behaviour are easy to make by gradually turning the adjustment rings.



You want to be able to walk safely and comfortably with your prosthesis. Your gait pattern should be as similar as possible to the natural, healthy model. With the 3R60 EBS Knee Joint, you are well on your way. When you examine the natural gait pattern closely, the following becomes evident: The human knee joint flexes slightly as soon as the heel impacts the ground. This important process is the basis for the functionality of the 3R60

Polyurethane liners protect against forces that act on the socket. Due to their floating effect, they feature a precise comfortable fit.
